The first time you call, your PIN will be the last four numbers of the social security number of the primary account holder. For security reasons, you will then be asked to choose another 4 digit number, so have one in mind. Each of your accounts (checking, savings, loans, & CD's) will have to be done this way, but you can use the same PIN for each. Each time you call you will be asked to enter your PIN.
