Union State Bank offers hassle free loans for borrowers interested in building their own homes or have a builder do it for them.

Lot Loan:
This includes Lot or Acreage loan which is based on 80% of appraised value. Unimproved property/ raw land 65%. Land development 75%.

Fixed Rate Loan:
This includes Conforming, Jumbo (loan amt over $240,000), 15 and 30 year loans, Refinances, Stated Income, 97% Program, No Ratio, No Income/Asset Verified and our 1-10 program.

Credit Gap/ Alter Credit Loan:
The ARM programs include 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 year. The Credit Gap includes Purchases, Refinances, 2nd Mortgage and Non-Owner Occupied Loans. Our Alter Credit & Credit Gap are for those who are "Credit Challenged".
