Customer Service Representative



A Customer Service Representative’s responsibility is to listen to customers and understand their personal banking needs are being met. The CSR works diligently to oversee the efficient operation of quality customer service and customer satisfaction.





The responsibility of a Teller is to provide quality customer service while ensuring efficient and accurate customer transaction processing.


Office Manager



An Office Manager is to manage all aspects of the daily activities and office operation. An Office Manager is accountable for the financial performance of the Office, customer satisfaction, office policies and procedures. This position also ensures adherence to all bank policies, objectives, and practices.


Loan Processor



The Loan Processor is responsible for performing routine clerical duties related to consumer and business loan applications.


Loan Officer



The Loan Officer is responsible for maintaining and/or generating a loan portfolio that includes commercial, commercial real estate, consumer and consumer real estate loans.


Commercial Loan Officer



The Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for maintaining and/or generating a loan portfolio that includes commercial and commercial real estate loans. This position is responsible for soliciting, negotiating, underwriting and coordinating the closing of routine commercial equipment, commercial building and business loans in compliance with the Bank’s lending policies and procedures; develops business checking and deposit relationships with customers; and promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.


Accounting Assistant



The Accounting Assistant is responsible for performing general ledger accounting, reconciliation, fixed assets, and various other duties. The Accounting Assistant reports to the Chief Financial Officer.





The Bookkeeper is responsible for assisting customers through verbal communications and individual account maintenance, directly or indirectly, by telephone, computer, and/or manual entries.
