This year, America celebrates 250 years of history – a milestone that invites us to reflect on the people, values, and communities that have shaped our nation since 1776.
At Union State Bank, we’re celebrating a milestone of our own: 123 years of serving our communities. While our histories began in different centuries, they share something important in common. Both are stories built one generation at a time.
For 250 years, Americans have worked to build stronger communities and create opportunities for those who come next. Families have built homes, started businesses, cultivated farms, and invested in their futures, all with the hope of leaving something better behind. For the past 123 years, Union State Bank has had the privilege of being part of those journeys.
Since 1903, we’ve helped customers save for important milestones, purchase homes, grow businesses, and plan for the future. Over the years, we’ve watched families grow from one generation to the next. In many cases, we’ve served grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren – all connected by a shared commitment to their community and their future.
While the world looks very different today than it did in 1903, some things remain unchanged. People still work hard for what matters most. They still dream of building a better future for their families. And they still value relationships built on trust.
As we celebrate America’s 250th birthday and Union State Bank’s 123rd anniversary this year, we’re grateful for the generations who have trusted us along the way. Their stories have become part of our story.
Because while anniversaries celebrate the past, they also remind us that the best chapters are still ahead.
